Audio quality is one of the most important aspects of a video. If that and the overall balance are good, people are way more likely to watch, even if the video isn't all that great.

Everyone that was in Linky's cockslut drama has made videos for years and several don't have a means of recording even passable audio.
That they wonder they aren't bigger on YT speaks volumes about #complicit.
