You guys alpha posture worse about views than women. 4 million is very solid. Even really big guys like Jontron don't get much more. Hell, I don't think James Rolfe gets more. The only one I can think of who regularly does is Pewdiepie, and he's literally the biggest youtuber ever.

Getting millions of views for someone like Douche is impressive - he's been around for so long, his content is utter shit, most of the long running youtubers tend to either hit their peak and hover around it, or they will eventually decline - both in quality and views. (Not that there is much space for Douche to decline in quality.)
