So I had a email discussion with Nick Rekieta from Rekieta Law about the upcoming litigation. He basically said a lot of people involved in the KickVic Movment who will be summoned to deposition hearings will no longer have a career, business being ruined, lives/relationships being destroyed and people can no longer find a job/career , is there any truth to this?

Dunno man. Seems a little optimistic to me. I don't think just being called as a witness is going to ruin someone's life. If you mean the people charged for conspiracy, well maybe... Assuming the case wins.

I'm sure Rikieta is just being optimistic and bombastic to stick it in the marzcunts' faces that (((freedom of speech doesn't mean freedom from legal consequences)))

Edit: Trips, nigga. Check 'em

If Monica has to answer a deposition regarding her history with Vic, that could end things with her fiancee pretty quick.

Yeah I think what Rekeita is referring to has to do with information the general public isn't privy to.

Also, A12, Funimation's owned by Sony, which was a recent purchase. This scandal of voice actors colluding to get a guy blacklisted would look very bad in public relations. Some of these actors have been working for Funimation for over 20 years and they're running their mouths on twitter spreading these rumors. If they have to pay Vic a settlement, you can bet your ass Sony will clean house and get rid of the old guard.

Anything is fine as long as they smack Sean Schemmel extra hard. Every time something happens he has to get involved, run his mouth, look far worse than 99% of everyone else, and then he just deletes a few tweets and/or goes private for a bit and thinks people will just forget because he can scream real hard into a microphone.

The man has single handedly made me refuse to watch any english dub of anything Dragon Ball related.

I can deal with some woman false claiming something. I can't deal with an insecure manlet constantly sticking his nose where it doesn't belong and calling his fans assholes for being skeptical.

Very serious. The lawyer is asking you questions important to the case and there's a court reporter there typing down everything being said word-for-word and they provide a transcript of the deposition. You're not in the courtroom, but you're still under oath. Do you think 25 ladies (the number Monica Rial claimed) can keep a story straight?
