Who cares what he gives a fuck about? He'd make videos regardless if all was shut down. He's been doing it for over a decade for free before.

Re: Nasty Cockslut aka Uncle Linky
Oh, I was well aware of that. The way a lot of the anecdotes of Lewis are told, they line up pretty well with the guy I knew. Ben actually met him in person, so I'm sure he could attest the same.
I don't think it's just the "HMMMM" thing that Lewis is denying. He may be trying to say that the situation in question never happened, wherein he hovered over someone's conversation and acted like a condescending prick because two guys were talking about a girl. God forbid.
He can deny it all he wants. It's completely in his character to do that. I know, because he did the same thing to me. Granted, he wasn't quite as big a prick to me as he was in the TGWTG story (which may be embellished, anyway), but I'm also tired of him denying this tale, as if he doesn't but into other people's conversations to be a soap-boxing prick.
Buried in the Crisis Crossover Yahoo Group is a short exchange between Lewis and myself in which he pulls a similar stunt. I posted a diagram zoomed in on one of our character models, because one of the other artists was drawing her off-model in...uh...a sensitive area. And you can see from my original post that I was actually embarrassed to bring it up. Lewis jumps into the conversation, unprovoked, and starts with his feminist preaching, but aiming at ME. "I'm not calling you a misogynist, but...", he says, like I can't read through his bullshit. I respond jokingly, trying to get him to fuck off, but he keeps going.
Fortunately, another user stepped in and told Lewis (politely) to BTFO, which he did.
Also, this happened well after he stopped contributing creatively, so he just pop in from time to time with completely unsolicited commentary. And by that time, I'd long gotten tired of his passive aggressive rhetoric that he peppers with his cutesy weeb emoticons. (^_^) (~_^)
Speaking of being a weeb, I didn't realize until just a few months ago that Lewis' internet handle "Ruisu" is his own name in Engrish.

He probably has more weeb in him than he wants to admit. He wrote at least one Pokemon/Sailor Moon crossover fanfic (probably some more with futa gangbangs), he does live manga reviews on conventions (because that's apparently what people want to see a capeshit reviewer do), and he once said something about being a big fan of Steam Detectives, whatever that is.
Autism attracts more autism. Sooner or later, an internet nobody will attract the exact kind of fans - and detractors - he deserves.

Oh wow. I know what that is.
Steam Detectives is a steampunk anime (and probably a manga too) that is so boring that I've never been able to make it past the first episode, despite trying on a number of occasions.

I think he's referring to the Kickassia post for that one. The guy who made up a story about how he was on the set of Kickassia referenced the "HMMM?" thing when talking about Linkara and I think Lewis assumes that's where it comes from.Mister Show wrote: ↑Sat Jul 01, 2017 9:42 amOh, by the way... https://twitter.com/Linkara19/status/881053979421138944
Maybe somebody else should do their own exposes on TGWTG. Ones with actual teeth and no fear of losing any patreon money.

Yeah, that's what I assume. I know it isn't the "HMMM", because he used to do that shit all the time.
I'm waiting for Liz to weigh in, actually. I forget where she sits on the Linkara timeline, or if she was even around for the TGWTG movies. Regardless, she's got the most dirt on the guy, and I see her talking to anti-Linkara shitlords on Twitter all the time. She and Linkara have such radically polar opposing political views that I often wonder how they ever got along.
Incidentally, Liz was on a stream just a few hours ago talking about TGWTG, but I didn't see it, and there's no archive of the stream at the moment. I'll keep my eyes open to see if it surfaces.
UPDATE! Here it is.

Unsurprising, seeing how it's an oldish animu that nobody talks about. Neither good - or bad - enough to be remembered.Mister Show wrote: ↑Sat Jul 01, 2017 9:59 pmSteam Detectives is a steampunk anime (and probably a manga too) that is so boring that I've never been able to make it past the first episode, despite trying on a number of occasions.

Liz's debut in Atop the Fourth Wall was in Chain Gang War #1, which was June 28, 2010 but I know she had a cameo in at least one video beforehand. I think it was the Spoony/Linkara crossover review of the Ultimate Warrior comic issues 2-3 (which came out about a month beforehand), but I'm not sure and don't want to watch the entire video just to see. I don't believe Liz was in any of the movies.Mister Show wrote: ↑Sat Jul 01, 2017 11:44 pmYeah, that's what I assume. I know it isn't the "HMMM", because he used to do that shit all the time.
