Hell yes, these guys in stream keep noticing a lot of CA people are fucking assholes but the way it's worded can confuse people to think they are all still on CA which seems to be the case. They are only known for being on there so calling them CA people makes sense but CA should not be on this suit at all, if they are as tictac days it could ruin the case.

If anything they can help Vic since they have been on the receiving end of this shit. If they go down with her she will see it as a partial victory.

The point in bringing all of this up is that while Marzgurl may not have much money and assets, if she is sued she will beg on the internet for money if she loses and all of her friends will get their fanbases to pitch in tens of thousands of dollars, if not more.

I doubt she has the kind of pull she'd need to get people to donate enough money to mount a defence and then, in all probability, pay damages. Remember that she's not just looking at defamation of character but also potentially tortious interference if she convinced any of her 'friends' at Funimation to dump Vic

Fuck she has friends at funimation who hate vic so they will help her in her e-begging too on twitter, which will make a lawsuit for Vic worthwhile when it otherwise wouldn't.

Thing is that a lot of them will be facing suit themselves and guess what they're gonna do? They're gonna leave her to fend for herself.

the similarities between Vic's behavior and Justin's, the simple-mindedness that would lead someone like Marz to think that X=Y in all cases, and the idea that she'd feel better about herself for "getting it right this time"... the pieces kinda fit too well for me to not believe that it's at least a small part of the whole thing.

See, I'd have to disagree. A lot of the people who are saying she's just doing this to make up for JewWario are making the mistake of thinking that her belief in social justice is genuine and not just a means for her to gain attention and feel powerful.

There's been some debate as to whether or not she actually knew about JewWario for more than a week. But let's say for the sake of argument that she didn't know. She still continues to associate with the people who did know and kept it from her even when they allowed her to share a room with him. Therefore it's reasonable to infer that, if she had known, her actions wouldn't be any different. She'd be covering it up same as all the others.

Tictac is absolutely right. She only pretends to care about JewWario now because the fact that she helped conceal a genuine rapist makes her look hypocritical and foolish when she's trying to get a guy fired from his work for sexual harassment
