In the first video his sister appeared in (one of those abandoned buildings ones), many people thought she was Lupa in the comments and he got really pissed off about it. You didn't really get a good look at her in that video and her and Lupa's voices sounded similar, so people who up until that point had no idea he had a sister made the assumption that the unintroduced woman in the video was Lupa.

When Phelous does those abandoned videos, his sister would frequently be in kind of skimpy outfits, but I don't actually remember him focusing abnormally on his sister. Also, he uses a really crappy camera that shakes around a lot when he does the abandoned building videos, so you don't really get a good look at his sister, but she isn't a whale or anything.
