Honestly, I think the people who say this is her trying to deal with JewWario are reading too much into it. She doesn't give a shit about the JewWario situation, and she doesn't really give a shit about Vic's unwanted touching. She's after his job, his career and his livelihood because she dislikes him personally, that's it

Vic has the type of personality where people either really love him or really hate him. The people that hate him don't just want him out of the industry, they have a personal loathing and want everyone else to hate him too. Eh. Bit of all columns, I'd guess. She definitely has it in for Vic because of Teh Jesus and the "homophobia", for sure, and there's definitely an element of cleansing the industry of wrongthinkers, but... the similarities between Vic's behavior and Justin's, the simple-mindedness that would lead someone like Marz to think that X=Y in all cases, and the idea that she'd feel better about herself for "getting it right this time"... the pieces kinda fit too well for me to not believe that it's at least a small part of the whole thing.

I don't think they can sue Channel Awesome. Marz wasn't employed by them at the time she was organizing this shit. I think they don't realize that a lot of these tgwtg fucks are FORMER tgwtg fucks. They weren't receiving a paycheck from the michauds at the time Vic's life was being ruined.

All doge has to do is show up in court and say "these are former employees of mine and I have no relationship with them."

The Rikieta Law or however you spell that guy should be careful the lawsuit doesn't become a lolsuit. Don't sue people who aren't related. If the lawsuit gets too wide, the judge might get pissed off and throw you out or at least make you refile. I've seen transcripts of this shit with the idiot sovereigns. The judge notices you're suing everyone and their sister, so the judge points out that x, y and z parties aren't actually related to your claim, dismisses without prejudice and makes you refile.

Absolutely. I'm not super sure of the timeline myself, but I'm sure that someone else can provide the lowdown on when and why she separated from CA. I'm pretty sure that she had already left before CTC rolled around, but I could be wrong. The details are failing me right now.
