As I said, that IP comes from the Netherlands. Chillock is a potatonigger and lived in Ireland when he was active on 2.0. Could be he moved, could be a proxy, could be this guy being somebody else and being a really bad troll. Remember, he's the guy that went on a rant on how Allah will punish us for talking shit about Islam.
Troll is the most likely thing. Chillock never even tried to conceal his identity. He had his full name and address on his blogger account during the José trolling days.
