Even the '90s batman animated series felt more like a "classic" genre film than some kind of grimdark apocalypse. A lot of the designs in seasons 1-3 looked ripped from the sets of old mobster movies or episodes of Perry Mason. And they had an entire episode where Adam West guest-starred. Even what a lot of people consider the high point of Batman wasn't as grimdark as the Nolan shit. Which is part of why I like dark knight rises more. It brings back some of that silliness with Bane and the occupy bat street anarchy shit.

Dark Knight came out when there really weren't that many good capeshit movies. As in "good" in normalfags opinions.
It was a good action movie. Not awesome, not great, nothing I'd ever watch again but fair enough.
The sequal was kino in terms of memology. As a movie? I've not even seen it, never will and think I've gotten more out of it than normalfags who actually went to watch it at the cinema.

Well, I'm sure he has to pay the film crew and any professional actors that work on his movies, but he'll burn in hell before he pays his friends anything.

I wouldn't have made a fuss about Waffle House, but oh man, if it had been TGIFriday's, or worse yet, APPLEBEE'S, there would have been hell to pay, and I would have let everyone know about this important oversight and my hurt feels in a very serious Google doc!!!!

The only good thing applebee's had was the half priced appetizers, they mostly got rid of it and no one goes there anymore.

We don't have either of all of those here but from what I see on the net those places mostly serve for fighting areas for niggers these days. Kinda like circus boxing but without the consent of the cashier being the boxer and sometimes somebody gets shot.

Places like that are absolute trash and are mocked as a sort of "normie dining". They have been serving microwaved frozen food to people for outrageous prices and people are starting to gravitate towards "fast casual food" which is like places like chipotle.
