And you'd be right. Dude just ran a lot. That's it. He didn't switch to a healthy eating plan, he didn't exercise in any other way. Dude just ate less and started to run a whole lot.
Now that's likely still better than what he did before but I'll keep on saying that he should've eliminated the soy, ate protein rich and start to lift.

He's probably been fat his whole life. Penn Jillette aged 20 years when he lost weight and with Bennett being probably in his early 30s he was always going to age a bit.

But still, he really should be lifting which he obviously isn't.
