I always interpreted that 15 minutes thing like this. They had already had enough of her neverending bullshit drama and were actually looking for any redeeming reason to keep her around, then she pulled this shit. She probably made them wait on purpose despite her claim she didn't know. It was probably a call that was scheduled ahead of time. And they decided then and there she wasn't worth it.

Considering how she's acting I think they made the right call.

This is a Pointy Haired Boss and Wally situation. They're both cunts. Her boss asked if she was available and she said no. Then she ignored him for 2 hours, so he got pissed off and fired her.

Now that I repeat it, I'm not sure I can even blame him. Kugel, would you fire an employee who said they were unavailable and then ducked your calls for 2 hours? Presumably this was during work hours and not 1 AM in the morning.
