It's how he said it like in the 11 minute mark where he talks about how he doesn't enjoy talking negatively about films anymore and that channel will no longer be about film criticism but film appreciation along with the part where he talks about how hard it is to talk about a movie. It shows him going soft and that someone working hard on something means you shouldn't be mean about how the thing they made was bad. It makes Stuckmann out like he's going to be kissing people's asses from now on in order to avoid burning bridges with negative reviews.

Maffew like a lot of other talentless INs views himself as a temporarily embarrassed filmmaker rather than a YouTuber. He hopes that one day if he kisses the right ass or tweets hard enough some studio exec will come to his house and give him a blank check to make a real movie. He doesn't want to put in the work to build a portfolio or get some small film projects under his belt.
