Nonsense. Even if you're aiming for Jade Phoenix Mage, Warblade 1 is not optimal and you should go with Crusader so you can overlap the Devoted Spirit maneuver progression. Warblade 1 is a terrible dip because most of it's abilities are capped at class level. You also can't get Warblade's best low-level maneuver (IRON! HEART! SURGE!) by just dipping one level.
