Ah yes, those "panic attacks". Thanks for clearing up what we've always known. Not feeling so well = panic attack.
Just to get this straight:
Crying for no reason = Nervous breakdown. Usually related to extreme stress over very long periods.
Hyperventilating and extreme discomfort = Anxiety. Only bitches have this
Panic attack = Freaking the fuck out, blackouts, no memory of the event. 99% of people that claim to have them just have anxiety because it sounds more legit.

I've got extreme acrophobia, which isn't unusual. I get mild vertigo under some circumstances. By her standards that's a panic attack. Which it absolutely isn't, of course. I have a hard time watching shit like this:

you couldn't pay me enough to even take a single step onto that glass floor. I'd be very uncomfortable on a building that high in the first place and I wouldn't get too close to those windows either.
But that's not a panic attack. I'd never claim that. I'm just in extreme and illogical discomfort. I don't suffer from it because I don't lose anything from just avoiding those situations. Just to empty bitches like her it would be one. But panic attacks aren't "Yeah, let's pour some acrylic paint from this cup.".
Actual panic attacks are so fucking rare that I couldn't even find any caught on camera on YT on the first five pages. Because it's now so common to call any old anxiety a panic attack. Just like shellshock was turned into PTSD and eventually into "this reminds me of something unpleasent", panic attack has been memed into "I didn't like this situation".
