Just out of curiosity, I checked out some stats for the cuck. According to his paymetons, he gets almost $16,000 per video. Also, from what I saw on his YouTube page, he released only eight videos all this year (not counting those podcast reuploads he sometimes posts). He has some gall to sell requests at $1500 a pop, but then again it is a good way to milk morons. Plus, it also ensures that he can be even lazier at his "job".

Likely, but he presumably only wants to make a certain number of those "One Hit Wonderland" videos (basically him talking about the rise and fall of artists who had only one big hit) per year, which is why it's maxed out at 6 people, so he only has to do that many. Heck, given is rate of output, if you shell out that amount of money you'll probably be waiting months and maybe a year for him to get to your request.
