I've noticed on some real estate websites that his house is no longer listed as "pre-foreclosure" like it has been for the past year. Not sure if that is just from the state/federal eviction protection, a site error or something else.

His case is still listed as open but Illinois is a hard lockdown state so the courts are ridiculously slow right now. The last hearing was in September and nothing new is scheduled until late January.
