"Roommate" aka "roommate/friend" and "other roommate" are two different people. The former got kicked out after not paying, if I remember correctly. That triggered a bunch of tweets from Rachel about how she fears she'll be homeless again.
The latter is the current one who keeps inviting family members for wild parties at night, if her tweets are to be believed.

A correction, she was not afraid of getting kicked out and becoming homeless. She actually wanted to leave the house because her roommate was kicked out. Guess who didn't get through with that.

Or fuck, this doesn't even have to be IRL. Remember how she suddenly started talking about her "significant other" as if that required no further detail.

I'm also certain she had a panic attack regarding a potential future homeless saga, though I'm no longer certain how close this was tied to Roommate A getting kicked out by the Wicked Landbitch of the West.
