It's pretty funny, Noah is maybe the worst type of parasocial "friend" a depressed person should have, he's narcissistic, he's cruel, he hates his fans and is self-absorbed to the point where he is emotionally incapable of expressing concern for others' well being. The times you've seen him be "nice" to someone on the internet -- saying "good job" or "that thing you made looks nice" or "hey I'm happy for you" are non-existent. I see more suicidal ideation in his comment threads than I see on the rest of the internet put together.

I'm used to people going over the top about what a horrible person Noah is (kind of mimicking what Noah himself does, or used to do, on video) but this is actually garbage human behavior. Noah sees people pity posting and views it as a competition. He attracts these damaged people and then reminds them where they stand in the #Depression hierarchy.

Most of these people are identity larping, but Noah coming into contact with a genuinely suicidal person would end in one of them dead and the other -- Noah -- still tweeting about The Sads.
