Did she say it was an age-restricted community? Those do have restrictions on how long someone under 55 can stay. Depending on the community, residents can have guests for up to 90 days (like the typical stay over at Grandma's place for the summer).

But that's for kids. College-age kids doing an internship in the area may also be an exception. But a grown adult in her 30s? Marz may have been planning to lie low for the rest of her time in California.

I genuinely didn't consider that. Sounds plausible enough of a reason to implement such a rule but I still think it's dubious that it would be upheld in a court of law. Simply pricing them out of the place sounds like a much simpler way of doing it.

Or just doing what we have here where a couple of nice apartment buildings have very nice but small apartments be rentable by pensioners only. That way you get to rent out the small roof apartments and get more money than most people would afford for a small space because the state pays part of the rent.
So old people get to live in small but nice apartments for a reasonable price, the state doesn't have to worry about housing the elderly and alone and the ones living in the penthouse apartments below them don't have a bunch of loud poorfags living above them in the small apartments.


That shit aside, I strongly doubt that it's a rule that would be enforced in the case of some white girl staying with her father while looking for a place in Commiefornia. You and I both know that it'd likely get enforced for the reason you stated but Paul from next door would hardly care about 3musketeermoron staying for a week longer.
