It's not like he himself has done anything of any worth since the 90s. It also tells you a lot about him that he's still on good terms with the Spoonster.
Even the closest thing to actual friends Spoony had - the other CA yokels - for the most part pretend like he doesn't exist (with a few exceptions like eRod, but he's a multi-class Internet Nobody / Internet Nobody Fanboy).
