Ironically with Pat, it's more his personality that pisses people off. When he is actually serious and puts effort in a video, he is probably one of the best in reviews in general. Alot of videos of his are like that. That is what let his true personality stay hidden for a long time until he started doing the podcasts.

Imagine how autistic a person has to be to care about different cuts of a shitty movie. It's a terrible piece of shit, does it matter in what shape it comes out?

// I only saw the original Highlander and I didn't like it that much. It has cool scenes, but also plenty of weird and downright shitty scenes (the combat almost always feels weird, apparently Lambert is blind as a bat, which is why there is basically no choreography with swords, they just swing at each other so they can connect), I found it very overrated. The first Highlander might as well had been a rock opera by Queen. The movie doesn't work without the soundtrack. Even Clancy Brown, the guy who played the villain, said as much and he was the only main actor in the original with enough sense to turn down Highlander 2.

Apparently big lenders are upping their mortgage requirements (higher down payment, higher annual income). Was talking to someone in the industry today and it's hedge against what JP Morgan is predicting will be a deluge of foreclosures and massive number of properties for sale from cash-strapped owners that will be flooding the market in late 2020.

So Noah has that to look forward to. This little reprieve will probably make it a certainty he isn't getting his equity back after auction.
