Every sentai after kyoryuger has been getting worse and worse ratings , ironically ,the number of team members just keeps growing , one would think they would cut the cast because of budget but they think that more members = more audience, lol.

They don't seem to care much about the actual ratings as long as the merch is selling. Why else do you think they add so many extra members? Or have giant robots who switch out arms 'n' shit all the time? It's all extra stuff they can sell.

Even Kamen Rider is guilty as shit of this. Unlike Sentai, they only have two or even just one main Rider, but they make up for it by giving that guy literally dozens of alternate forms - or rather break up the costume into different parts that each has their own set of forms (I think OOO has like around a 100 possible combinations or something).

I understand they do it to sell more toys, but it still seems like a bad idea to sacrifice ratings like that since higher rating would also mean higher sales.

Sure, Rider is Complicit as fuck, but I find most rider shows to be way better than Sentai in most cases, the story is usually more interesting since they usually focus on one or two main characters instead of 7+, modern Rider shows are still shit tho, I called quit during Gaim and never looked back, the premise/ suits keeps getting more dumb each new season .

The real point you guys miss is that just a few months back she was complaining about how she was broke and stranded. It's funny how these Animu people seems to have money to blow on garbage like full on power ranger suits but don't have $20 bucks to put towards rent or utilities. I imagine if it wasn't for patient parents there be a swarm of homeless 20-30 yearolds sitting on streets corners surrounded by their precious Animu junk.
