Other YouTubers have called him out specifically on this point on how shady it is. The biggest problem they pointed out except for putting it in a unrelated video is he put it in the complete end of the video. The issue is that YouTube counts views by viewers watching a specific amount of each video. So most viewers watch the beginning of each video with less people watching a video later during its duration. So way few people will watch a video near the end of the duration. So he knew that few people would even notice it while pretending he did a proper retraction.

I also love that he said it to his lawyers that he was going to do this. You mean the ones who ripped him off so badly that the judge was shocked. Makes me wonder if Rekieta recommended the lolyers.
