He started whining on twitter that he wanted a "more positive community" after screencapping a negative comment. Then the fucker started putting all of his reviews behind a paywall, you could only see them if you were one of his Patreons.

Mark going to shit wasn't about his videos. His greed went through the fucking roof. He was getting something like 10,000 dollars on patreon and he was still hiding his videos from his subscribers on youtube and claiming it wasn't enough money. He got super fucking greedy. He seemed to think that youtube owed him a living (or Patreon I guess) and a wage into the hundreds of thousands of dollars, annual.

That said, I ALSO think CGR videos went to shit when he started to really focus in on obscure games for game platforms that nobody has played and nobody who isn't Pat the NES Cunt can afford. His maymays about star narwhals or space squids or whatever the fuck with the Vectrex got annoying too.
