On another note since the DMCV review just dropped. Joe does suck the game's dick hard to the point that he backpedals super hard on the reboot. Saying it horrified him when we all know what really happened in that review.

I would have to go watch a joe video, but I assume he liked the reboot of DmC with Donte. Joe isn't the kind of guy who plays games on very hard and dante must die difficulties.

He showed his little over dramatic freakout at the beginning of his DmC review to show how horrified he was, but in the actual review Joe sperged out on fans for not supporting the game, siding with the devs who had treated the fanbase like shit the entire time, and made the argument that the only reason people hated the reboot is because Dante didn't have white hair. The rest of the time he sucked the reboot's dick hard because even though he claimed he was a huge DMC fan he never actually played a DMC game before. To the point that he thought Hell and Hell mode was exclusive to the reboot when it was in DMC4.

So the DmC reboot was mostly Joe being a fake fan and shilling for the devs. He gave the game a 7/10 the same score he gave Metal Gear Rising btw. He also said DmC just slightly missed his badass seal of approval. I highly suspect it's cause he knew if he gave it that he'd get a ton of backlash.

In his DmC review he claims he played the HD collection, but his DMC knowledge came off like he read it off wikipedia. So I'm pretty sure the reboot is the only DMC game he's played

I've never seen anything to lead me to believe Joe has played the DMC HD collection. He probably means he "played" it in the sense of buying a copy and starting up each game for five minutes.
