If all Noah does is languish in bed, April should get him Baker Act'd for being a threat to his own health. Then she can claim the house for herself, and Noah can finally get the help he needs. Interventions won't help, at this point, commit him and take away his twitter. Noah doesn't deserve custody of his own life.
It would be really easy to keep Spoony commited, too. Besides the fact that he'd never try to improve himself, psychiatrists can just look at the volume and content of the tweets he makes. I'm sure his parents and Miles would agree it's all for the best, anyways.

He's not suicidal. Not any more than he's manic or bipolar. He doesn't show any of the signs except for acting like a huge pussy and whining all the time. Which, believe it or not, a lot of suicidal people don't do. Because they just hold it inside and seem normal until the day they jump off a bridge. He's more like a garden-variety hypochondriac mixed with some mild depression and NPD/BPD. I'm sure that whatever problems he does have (which aren't the same as the ones he thinks he has,) that abusing substances isn't helping any.
