I'm no doctor, but I don't think he's even bipolar. His 4-hour "manic" times are pretty weak compared to his months-long depressive times. A shrink might help him, if he'd be willing to listen, but he doesn't really need that. He didn't go through a trauma or something like that. He's just a coddled, entitled, lying jackass that needs to get off the internet and go outside.

Spoonyone's wallowing in his own filth because he wants to. If he has any mental problems it's only because he's feeling guilty about not being able to make videos anymore because of how much he hates it, but he still feels like he's too good to get an actual part time or 9 to 5 job. So he stays in bed all day tweeting nonsense and trying to convince anyone who's still paying attention that he's sick. Of course it's bullshit but he desperately wants us to believe his bullshit "I've got all the diseases cough cough oh no my Bipolar heart condition night tremors chronic bronchitits the consumption scabbies shingles is acting up again don't suggest anything you loser paypigs no doctor in the Eastern or Western hemispheres can possibly help me with any one of my fake-ass conditions because I don't actually have anything" shtick.

Though judging from the Fattyone's appearance these days, I wouldn't rule out some of that diabeetus coming down the render queue for him. Better hope your roommate learns how to use that insulin syringe Fatty Antwhiler, because you're gonna need that daily dose of insulin.

I think everything is gonna hit him, for real this time. He's almost 40 and he's not taking good care of himself at all, and while that's all well and fine as a 20 or 30 year old, he's getting to that age where terrible diseases really will start manifesting due to his chronic fast food eating, possible alcohol abuse, and sedentary lifestyle. So while I don't think he actually has any physical ailments now, his terrible lifestyle is gonna fuck him up bad within the next 10 years. I bet you 100 bucks he'll get the diabeetus first though.
