The HITB storylines are totally retarded, but I kind of miss them when they don't do them. This one was kind of weak, though.

Everything they make is either ironic, self aware, or snarky. They're just stereotypical Gen-Xers, irony poisoned to the core. There's a reason why they failed as filmmakers, just doing those "ironic" film pitches like the one for the Re:View for the Garbage Pail Kids Movie.
