It's been floated before, but usually accident reports and police reports are good initial signs of an addiction problem. We've theorized about Noah abusing scrips and alcohol. Wouldn't be surprised if this is true.

This is hilarious. He does have insurance but it's some garbage no name company. I've never heard of Allamerica so I checked it out. And I quote "The most untrustworthy insurance company in the US." He might be able to get out of it by going to traffic school. Knowing him , look to take it online, because he's lazy and won't leave the house. (His car also got towed, which means it may actually be in need of serious repair.)
