There's not. You have American Psycho and you have Shaun of the Dead. Maybe Gozu if you're a vhsfag like me who knows about weird shit.
Re: Flustered Fernando and the Seven Pesos
Tucker and Dale vs. Evil was after Shaun of the Dead, and is pretty underrated in my opinion.

I don't remember Zombieland at all, but I thought it was fine - I think it was bit dumb at times, playing it way too safe. I still haven't seen From Dusk Till Dawn, which is apparently pretty good. Also Evil Dead isn't really a comedy, but it sure is regarded as an absolute classic. And Gremlins, can't go wrong with that. And I remember my brother really liking Dead Snow from 2009, because there is apparently a lot of batshit insane stuff happening in that movie, haven't seen it myself.

Zombieland was fine. Not amazing, but ok.

Evil Dead isn't a comedy at all. Evil Dead 2 is arguably one. Army of the Dead totally is one.
I totally missed the comedy part of the question.

That's how I feel too. I didn't really laugh at Evil Dead. Evil Dead 2 was a bit "silly" but I didn't laugh at that either. Army of Darkness is very obviously a comedy though.Kugelfisch wrote: ↑Fri Jun 29, 2018 3:13 amEvil Dead isn't a comedy at all. Evil Dead 2 is arguably one. Army of the Dead totally is one.

Evil Dead's horror, Evil Dead 2's a horror comedy(creepy shit still happens, but you're also not meant to take 100% seriously, just like in Texas Chainsaw 2) and Army Of Darkness is a comedy. It's a nice, smooth transition

Well, my bad, I'll admit I haven't watched it - some day I have to make up for it, I've just seen some clips from Army of Darkness and assumed the previous ones were in a similar tone.

Army of Darkness is the silliest one of the bunch.
(Probably explains why it's the only one that actually airs on Kraut TV. The previous ones are apparently too eeeeeeeeeeevil. At least one of them might even be on the Index, which is hilarious considering the amount of blood and gore in "Ages 16 and up" horror movies released nowadays.)

Autism attracts more autism. Sooner or later, an internet nobody will attract the exact kind of fans - and detractors - he deserves.
