Her getting fired makes so much sense now, they took a long time to figure out the bitch was incompetent. If she didn't run to Lordkat to spread rumours she may still be there

Holly most likely enjoyed seeing discourse and drama more than protecting the corporate entity.

I think as company HR she got a lot of the drama she later weaponized and held it from Doge and the other two stooges. did she keep the top three stooges in the dark for liability reasons? Or because she wanted to protect her friends and their cliques?
The fact that she went "Not again" in count jackula's version of events of the Justin rape story makes me think she definitely knew way more.

I think somehow the magfest incident was big enough that it got to Doge and she couldn't hold it back anymore. Also note she was fired within months of Justin getting booted. Which, as detailed above, was the right move.

I assume this possible attorneu was also consulted for Justin's dismissal(which was probably a lot easier since there wasn't an actual employment contract per say). Justin's dismissal took three weeks, which, with legal involvement and an investigation, is still lightning fast.

Let's be real here, if they didn't work directly for the company like Holly and Doge then they likely didn't have a contract at all, even as a freelancer. These people were amateurs, it was likely all handshake agreements and they could boot them whenever they wanted other than a select few (like that League of Super Critics channel, which I remember because according to Liz Linkara was pissed he couldn't get a contract like they did).

Holly has muddied the waters since she has claimed they wouldn't give her severance pay unless she signed some non-compete clause. I think that "non-compete" is bullshit since it makes no god damn sense and can't be enforced legally but it was probably some NDA instead for them to both shut up about certain things like Jewario and other crap we probably don't know about. It's why Holly let the others do all the shit talking during CTC and tried to hide that it was Justin they were talking shit about because if she did she may have gotten sued. I remember her saying on one of Lordkat's podcasts that she can't talk about some things because of legal issues, looking back she was probably referring to the NDA.

I'm with Poonoo in the sense that JeWario's firing wasn't a surprise on how long it took. If anything they probably made a deal that they won't bring it up if he left voluntarily.

I wouldn't be surprised if Holly tried to go around the NDA with her telling the rest of the retards stuff and she sat back not saying much.
