I get that part of it. Not difficult to figure out at all.
What I don't get is that everyone knows that she has an eating disorder. All her posting is about her still having an eating disorder she clearly indulges in. But she never ever actually mentions it. It's all BDD all day.

Like her BDD being really bad right now because of all the cookies and such. She's actually describing her obvious binge eating and purging.
It's no wonder she had to shop for therapists. She insists on having body dismorphia, which just plain isn't the case. But she will not admit having an eating disorder, which she has a life long history of having.

She is pretty much using body dismorphia as a euphemism for bulimia.

Yeah, that really is something to consider. My uncle died of brain cancer. It was misdiagnosed decades before his death when he started showing signs of odd behavior and sent to a psychiatrist. What he needed was a neurologist..

Well eating disorder always has the spectre of guilt about it. Meanwhile BDD is less tied to stuffing her fat face, and it might even accentuate her ally status because it's like gender disphoria without the gender part.
